Cassava Flour
A Game-Changing, Single-Ingredient, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Nut-Free flour with the taste and texture of wheat, without the dry, strong or unfamiliar taste or texture that often comes with using some gluten-free flours!
Cassava is a calorie-rich vegetable that contains plenty of carbohydrate and key vitamins and minerals. Cassava is a good source of vitamin C, thiamine and riboflavin. Its composition is about 60% to 65% water moisture, 20% to 31% carbohydrates, and less than 2% protein and fat.
This type of flour is easy to use in recipes in place of traditional grain-based flours or even gluten-free flour blends. One of the best things about using cassava flour is its neutrality in terms of taste.
