Cassava flour is gaining worldwide recognition as an alternative for wheat flour and other gluten-based flours. The increase in the demand for processed food leads to the establishment of new food industries who are focusing on producing gluten-free products. We have been supplying Cassava for many years, direct from the Brazilian fields. Brazil is the world’s second largest cassava producer; it is cultivated in all regions and is used for both human and animal consumption.

Tradelinks supply is fully traceable, with our boots on the ground, we have controlled every detail, from the quality of the root, humidity in the region, starch content, sustainability of supply and many other complex details. Cassava is grown on fertile, well-drained, moist soil in areas that are frost-free, and grows in the form of shrub that can reach 9 feet in height. takes between 6 and 8 months to cultivate but yields between 20,000kg and 30,000kg per hectare!

Cassava flour is considered as a rich source of starch, which is the main source for carbohydrates and dietary fibers. It is produced from whole cassava tuber that has been dried and ground into a powder. As always, quality is our promise to you.
